DAT SONY 1000ES_blokada przetwornika D/A

Mam pytanie

Jaka jest możliwość zrobienia tej jednej dopuszczalnej kopii cyfrowej na tym magnetofonie.

Posiadam inne Dat- Denon 2000, Sony 670, które są w stanie zrobić kopię oryginalnej płyty a ten 1000ES nawet nie dopuszcza odsłuchu przez słuchawki z podłaczonym każdym zastosowanym transportem CD.

Czy jest na to jakieś lekarstwo aby to zabezpieczenie pominąć chociażby do wykożystania w nim znajdującego się przetwornika D/A?

Może ktoś zetknął się z prostą metoda ominięcia tego maxymalnego zabezpieczenia do chociażby wykorzystania samego przetwornika.

Kiedyś w starym Elektorze prezentowano układ który zmieniał wartość bitu blokady SCMS ale był on na układach programowalnych ,bodajże GAL więc prawdopodobnie nie będzie możliwości jego skopiowania ale jest tam przedstawiony algorytm działania blokady i metoda jej usunięcia :)

I've read on dat-heads about a modification for this unit that allows

analog 44.1 recording and have tried to do this modification with no

success. My unit is past the 205000 serial number cutoff (205513), I've

pulled D721, I've placed a diode from the center terminal of the skip

switch, anode to center terminal to cathode end of D715, and I have a

wire running from the righthand terminal (ON) of the skip switch to the

cathode end of D715 as well. If anyone who has this unit and has

successfully done this modification, or if you know or just have an idea

what the hell is going on, I'd be a happy camper if you shared your

insight. The unit does record digital 44.1 after the removal of D721.

 

DTC-1000, if it's above s/n 205000, easily; if below, not so easily.

Sony put the logic to support 44.1 kHz analog into the DTC-1000ES when it

was

upgraded to become a PCM-2500. The difference in this case is the

microcomputer

board, which is inside the front panel; the skip on-off and

digital-off-analog

input select switches are mounted on this board. Installing a diode from T0

(center contact of skip on-off switch) to i3 (cathode end of D715) will

switch

the unit to 44.1 kHz record (anode to T0, cathode to i3). If you don't use

the

'skip' function, you can use the skip switch for the 44.1/48 function. Cut

the

pcb trace that leads from the end terminal of the switch (only one end is

used,

plus the middle terminal) and run a wire from this newly isolated end

terminal

to the cathode end of D715. Skip off is 48 kHz, skip on is 44.1 kHz. And

you

already knew that lifting D721 causes the unit to ignore copy prohibit.

If your unit is an earlier version (s/n 200000 - 205000) you will need to

replace the microcomputer board, pn A-2019-199-A or at least the chip on it

(IC705, an 80-pin PLCC) with the later rev, p/n 8-752-802-84. Replacing the

board is a lot easier than replacing the chip unless you're used to doing

surface mount PC board work, plus you get a spare vacuum fluorescent

display.

 

I have an ancient DTC-1000es. I have done the 44.1 analog recording mod

(D715), and I also wanted to defeat the 'PRE-SCMS COPY PROHIBIT'. As

detailed in the FAQ, I snipped D721, but I am still denied recording from

the coaxial digital inputs on the rear.

 

1. D715 and DTC1000es:

The D715 modification just enables the digital section of the DTC1000 to

switch from fs=48kHz to fs=44.1kHz for the analog input. But remember: this

unit hasn't oversampling A/DCs. So in a second step you have to modify the

analog anti aliasing filteres.

The Pro-model PCM2500 uses different analog filters for fs=48kHz and

fs=44.1kHz.

2. D721

Removing this diode just enables the DTC1000 to enable sources on digital

input

wit fs=44.1 kHz. If the source sets the copy-bit in the c-channel of S/P-DIF

to 0, the DAT answers with 'copy prohibit'. This is the same with the

PCM-2500.

So, to allow digital recordings from CD you have to modify the

CopyProhibit-Bit

in the c-channel, like good anti-SCMS boxes.

 

Ich habe die Modifikationen selber ausprobiert, sie funktionieren.
