"Last train home" - poem
"Last train home"
People asking "Where you were born?"
A question asked all the time
Just remind how sounds the horn
Cos tomorrow I'll loose my mind
Sometimes think of hitting the road
Not by car, not by plane
Not by coach, not by boat
Just get in and go by train
Bought the ticket on one way?
Would you like to come back home?
Change your place and use to stay
Will You take the memories that belong?
There comes a time that man
Is looking for something
Sometimes I cannot lift more I can
I cannot give you more than I could bring
I need a train to take with me
The photos, gold and memories
I won't notice more than now I see
I often crying because of eighties
Eighties are my sweety childhood
Went by train twenty times per year
This put me to a better mood
Memories getting back, so close, just near
So just think once or better twice
If it's seriously worth trying
I will receive some postcards with "Nice"
To disappear my thoughts of crying
