Odczekałem swoje, Raspberry Pi dotarła no i mam problem.

Czy ktoś próbował podlączyć do tego przez USB jakiego DAC-a?

 

Próbowałem się na próbę z czymś takim:

no i niestety głucho; próbowałem pod Openelec.

Nawiasem mówiąc, pod Kubuntu postawionym na PC też nie działa :(

Może macie jakieś pomysły?

 

Karta jest sprawna (sprawdzona pod Windowsem 7).

Obawiam się, że moje zaawansowanie w linuksie pozwala na formułowanie tylko spostrzeżeń w rodzaju "nie działa" :)

Wobec tego co wyrzuca konsola to będzie chyba długa odpowiedź.

 

W przypadku linuksa trzeba powiedzieć coś więcej niż "nie działa".

to nie zwróci ci błędów ale będzie odtwarzać.

 

To, że nic nie słyszysz to może kwestia ustawień mixera. Pobaw się alsamixer -c 1

Pulseaudio nie gra, tylko przeszkadza. Jeśli lubisz dochodzenie czy masz bit-perfect to pulseaudio ci pomoże. Czymkolwiek odtwarzasz muzykę

na linuksie to to coś potrafi wysłać muzykę bezpośrednio do alsy. Pulseaudio ma sens jeśli pracujesz na danym komputerze, oglądasz strony z

multimediami itd. i ciągle podłączasz i odłączasz urządzenia. Pulseaudio pozwala np. na taki scenariusz. Odtwarzasz film i teraz podłączasz

swoją kartę usb i teraz muzyka leci przed spdif a mplayer nawet tego nie widzi. Jednak jeśli budujesz dedykowany komputer

do pcaudio to pulseaudio tylko przeszkadza.

Jak na razie uruchomiłem OpenELEC i odtworzyłem pliki FLAC. Szkoda, że nie ma wewnętrznego flasha, bo gniazdo SD można traktować tak, jakby go nie było (cały czas musi siedzieć karta z systemem). Wyjście analogowe jest zrealizowane na PWMie i też można je wykluczyć z zastosowań audio. Próbowałem po USB podpiąć konwerter na CM6631, ale nie pojawił się do wyboru w XBMC.

Karta obsługuje max 192/24, a to już UAC 2.0. Mój egzemplarz pochodzi z prywatnego importu, nie chciałbym tu nikogo reklamować.

Jak już tak sobie żartujemy to ja napiszę dla precyzji, że każdego linuxa można skroić pod audio ale nie każdy od razu jest tak przygotowany - np. patch rt, odpowiednio ustawione przerwania dla sprzetu (np dla USB), priorytety dla procesów (np. mpd), itd, itp.

W VoyageMPD pewne parametry są zdefiniowane z tzw default'a i dzięki temu zostaje sporo czasu na słuchanie muzyki :-)

Oglądam sobie /etc i config kernela voyage mpd i jakoś nie widzę tam nic szczególnego. Mógłbyś mnie naprowadzić?

Wgrałem ostatnio Volumio beta 1.2 i zobaczyłem, że jest dostępny interfejs I2S. Poszukałem chwilę w necie i znalazłem gdzie się wpiąć w pierwszych edycjach (uwaga na błędy - przydaje się oscyloskop). Po przejściu na I2S nic nie trzeszczy podczas grania, tylko na 24/96 często robi sobie chwilowe pauzy, może nie wyrabia zasysanie z pendrive'a. Jako przejście z I2S na analog (DAC) i S/PDIF posłużyła mnie płyta od projektu audiowidget - wystarczyło zdjęć moduł USB i podlutować się z zasilaniem i szyną. Do pełni szczęścia potrzebuję jeszcze sygnału przełączającego zegary dla 44,1/48 i wielokrotności.

Muzg jak Raspberry P pracuje Ci jako odtwarzacz flac. Ma z tym jakieś problemy? Można go podpiąć bezpośrednio do DAC przez USB? Procek i pamięć wydaję się wystarczająca do flac. Zastanawiam się nad zrobieniem na malinie komputerka do gęstych formatów ale tu zdania są podzielone. Za tą koncepcją przemawia cena i rozmiary. Nikt na razie nie opisał jak działa w praktyce. Napisz coś więcej.

Bez eksperymentów dobrze działa cubieboard.

Czy jeśli pusta ściana promuje ateizm (stanowisko Włoch w sprawie dot. krzyża w szkole) to rozwiązaniem jest tapeta w krzyże?

U mnie dość dobrze działa Volumio z konweterem USB od JarkaC z DIY. Gram głównie z flaczków, ale czasami i jakaś empetrójka się trafi.

Biorąc pod uwagę kwestie połączenia i zasilania tej karty w opozycji do jej osiągów to, moim zdaniem, nie spowoduje ona tego, że Pi stanie się audiofilskie. Chyba lepiej zainwestować w konwerter dźwięku HDMI.
